Can I have my order gift wrapped? 

Yes, we offer gift wrapping at  R5 per product. Our simple brown paper wrapping is eco-friendly and comes tied with a gold fabric ribbon. Simply tick the gift wrap box at checkout and we'll wrap every item in your order. 

If you would like some items wrapped and others not, send us a timely email to support@littleamberrabbit.co.za and we'll make a plan! 

Do I need to register to place an order? No, but you will be required to enter relevant billing and shipping information when placing your order. 

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately we can only offer collection to customers in East London. Orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse situated at Unit 22 Frame Park, Chiselhurst, East London.

If I have delivery concerns, who should I contact?

You may email support@littleamberrabbit.co.za and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. The courier companies we use at present are DSV, The Courier Guy & Courier It.

Are my credit card details safe? Your credit card details will be entered and stored on PayFast’s secure site. For more details on PayFast refer to www.payfast.co.za.
What is PayFast?

Little Amber Rabbit makes use of PayFast to collect all our online payments. PayFast is a payments processing service for South Africans and South African websites. They enable easy, secure and instant transfer of money between online buyers and sellers.

If you have not used PayFast before you'll need to register on their page, this is a easy and quick process. You only need to register once. As PayFast is used by many other online stores, you might have registered before. In that case, you may login and quickly proceed.

Can I return a product?

We work hard to ensure that all our products are up to standard, if you are unsatisfied with a product you have received, please email support@littleamberrabbit.co.za.

If a product arrives damaged please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we'll organise a return and refund/credit.

If you wish to return an unopened product, please email support@littleamberrabbit.co.za and we'll organise collection and store credit for the item, minus the courier collection fee.  This does not apply to sale items.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It will take between 3 - 5 working days for your delivery to arrive if you are based in a hub, 4 - 7 working days to an outlying area.

Please always add in the phone number you predominently use when placing an order, as this is a necessity for the couriers. Make sure to answer calls from unknown numbers around the expected day of delivery. 

If you live in the East London area, your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days.
