We work hard to ensure that our products are up to standard and orders are well checked, that said, human errors can happen and if there is something we’ve missed: if a product is damaged or there’s a missing or incorrect item in your parcel, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your parcel and we’ll rectify the situation in a timely fashion.


If you have ordered an item you are unhappy with or feel like you were misled by the description please let us know. We try give full descriptions on all products to avoid any confusion or disappointment but if we have missed the mark, any feedback that will help us improve would be greatly appreciated. Customers are welcome to return an item they are unhappy with for a refund if it is in a re-sellable condition and they cover the delivery costs of returning it, we are based in East London, South Africa. This does not apply to sale items.


If there is any item you need clarification on, you’re more than welcome to ask us before making your purchase. When a customer is disappointed we feel awful and will do whatever we can to avoid that.
