We work hard to ensure that our products are up to standard and orders are well checked, that said, human errors can happen and if there is something we’ve missed: if a product is damaged or there’s a missing or incorrect item in your parcel, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your parcel and we’ll rectify the situation in a timely fashion.
You are welcome to return an item you are unhappy with for store credit if it is in a re-sellable condition and you notify us within 7 days of receiving it. However, you will need to cover the delivery cost of returning it. We are based in East London, South Africa. Sale items are not returnable.
If there is any item you need clarification on, you are more than welcome to ask us before making your purchase. When a customer is disappointed we feel awful and will do whatever we can to avoid that.
